Cold Steel Kobun CS17TS 5.50″ Fixed Blade Tanto Knife with Serrated AUS-8A Stainless Blade and Kray-Ex Handle

The Cold Steel Kobun (model CS17TS) is a fixed blade knife featuring a 5.50-inch tanto-style blade ground from AUS-8A stainless steel with partial serrations. Cold Steel describes the design as a reinforced "American Tanto" point, in which the blade spine runs nearly to the tip to resist bending or breaking at the point.

The Kobun's handle is made from Kray-Ex with deep checkering intended to resist shifting in the hand. The profile is slim and lightweight, characteristics Cold Steel notes have made the knife popular with military users. A sheath is included.
