Honestly by far the best company/individual I have ever dealt with. I called basically every shop within a 200 mile radius trying to find a special edition Kimber. No one had one and was giving me a hassle on ordering it for me. ICB ordered it for me, kept me updated during the shipping process and sent me photos once it arrived.
