The Bearded Butchers 32mm Collagen Casing is designed for making bratwurst, Italian sausage, chorizo, and other dinner-sized sausage links. These edible, tender casings provide a durable alternative to natural casings without requiring soaking before use. Each 2-pack contains two casing strands with a combined capacity of approximately 25 lbs of meat and accommodates stuffing horns up to 3/4" or 19mm. The casings arrive ready to use and are not intended for hanging in a smokehouse.
