These terms apply to all firearm transactions, including online purchases that require shipment to a licensed dealer.
By placing an order through the website, the customer acknowledges that they understand the legal responsibilities associated with purchasing firearms and firearm components. The customer also confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements necessary to legally purchase and possess firearms in their jurisdiction.
Customers purchasing firearms from ICB Firearms must be legally permitted to purchase and possess firearms under United States federal law as well as the laws of their state and local jurisdiction. By completing a purchase, the buyer affirms that they are not prohibited from firearm ownership for any reason under applicable law.
Federal law establishes minimum age requirements for firearm purchases. Buyers must generally be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles or shotguns and 21 years of age to purchase handguns or handgun receivers through licensed dealers. Additional restrictions may apply depending on state or local regulations.
Customers are responsible for understanding their own local firearm laws prior to completing a purchase. If a firearm, magazine, or accessory is restricted in the buyer’s jurisdiction, the order cannot be fulfilled.
All firearms purchased through the website must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for legal transfer. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a residential address.
During checkout, the customer must select or provide the contact information for a licensed FFL dealer who will receive the firearm shipment. The selected dealer will handle the legal transfer process when the firearm arrives.
Once the firearm has been delivered to the receiving dealer, the customer must complete the required federal paperwork, including ATF Form 4473, and successfully pass a background check before the firearm can be released. The receiving dealer may also charge a transfer fee for processing the firearm transfer.
ICB Firearms is not responsible for transfer fees, background check fees, or other service charges imposed by the receiving dealer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items ordered are legal in their state and local jurisdiction before completing the purchase. Firearm regulations vary widely depending on location, and some firearms, magazines, or components may not be legal to possess in certain areas.
If an order includes a product that cannot legally be shipped to the selected state or jurisdiction, ICB Firearms reserves the right to cancel or modify the order to remain compliant with applicable laws.
Customers are also responsible for providing accurate shipping and FFL information during checkout. Orders may be delayed if FFL information cannot be verified.
If a customer fails the background check conducted by the receiving FFL dealer, refuses to complete the transfer, or is otherwise unable to legally take possession of the firearm, the firearm must be returned to ICB Firearms through the receiving dealer.
In these situations, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs, dealer handling fees, and any applicable restocking charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The firearm will not be transferred until the background check has been completed and approved by the receiving dealer.
ICB Firearms makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information displayed on the website are accurate. However, errors in product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability may occasionally occur.
ICB Firearms reserves the right to correct any errors, update product information, or cancel orders that contain incorrect pricing or inaccurate product listings.
Product availability may change without notice depending on supplier inventory, manufacturer availability, or regulatory restrictions.
