Sierra High Velocity Varminter Bullets .22 Cal 55 gr Blitz-VAR 100/ct

The Sierra High Velocity Varminter Bullets in .22 caliber are specifically designed for varmint hunters using rifles chambered in .222 Remington or .223 Remington. These bullets feature a 55-grain Blitz-VAR design, optimized for maximum terminal performance at the velocity levels typical of these popular cartridges.

• Sleek Sierra Spitzer point for excellent downrange performance
• Designed for total frangibility on impact, ideal for varmint hunting
• Best used in conventional twist rate barrels (1x12" or 1x14")
• Not suitable for fast twist rate barrels to prevent mid-air disintegration
• Effective for velocities below 3600 FPS

The thin-jacketed, highly explosive design makes these bullets suitable for all .22 caliber centerfire handguns with medium-to-large-capacity cartridges. They offer excellent expansion characteristics and the renowned accuracy of Sierra's match-grade bullets. The Spitzer shape provides a high ballistic coefficient for a flat trajectory, high energy retention, and low sensitivity to crosswinds.

Since its introduction in 1982, the #1345 has become a preferred choice for knowledgeable handgunners worldwide. Available from ICB Firearms, serving customers locally in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, and nationwide.
