Area 419 CZ 455 15 MOA 1913 Scope Rail 7075 Aluminum Type III Black

The Area 419 CZ 455 scope rail is a one-piece Picatinny (1913) base machined from T7075 aluminum and designed to fit the CZ 455 11mm dovetail. It is also compatible with the CZ 452, excluding the American model, which uses a differently sized dovetail.

The rail addresses a known issue with CZ 455 dovetail bases: the tendency of traditional dovetail and set-screw designs to shift over time. Area 419's design slides onto the dovetail and clamps down with consistent force across the entire rail. A recoil lug at the rear of the base serves as a mechanical stop for additional retention. The rail comes with the necessary 2.5mm wrench for the clamp screws. Recommended torque for the clamp screws is 22 in/lb (2.5 Nm).

This version features a 15 MOA cant. Extended rail real estate at the front allows the optic to be positioned further forward. The rail adds approximately 1/2 inch of height over the dovetail. A level is machined directly into the base, with the material flared in that area to aid viewing when shooting from the prone position.

The rail is finished in Type III black hardcoat anodize. Current production rails are solid—there is no opening through the center of the rail.
