Spyderco Autonomy 2 Automatic Knife

The Spyderco Autonomy 2 is an automatic knife featuring an ergonomic, open-backed handle construction with full stainless steel liners and textured G-10 scales. Originally developed to meet the requirements of U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmers, the Autonomy 2 adapts the platform into a design oriented toward utilitarian use.

The oversized firing button is designed for easy indexing and includes a sliding safety to help prevent unintentional activation. The button extends through the opposite-side liner, a design element described by Spyderco as maximizing lock strength.
