Berger Bullets VLD Hunting 6.5 Creedmoor 130gr Bullets 100/Box

The Berger Bullets VLD Hunting line offers 130-grain projectiles chambered for 6.5 Creedmoor, sold in boxes of 100. Each bullet is built around a secant ogive design and features a J4 Precision jacket. The VLD (Very Low Drag) designation reflects the bullet's ogive geometry, which is engineered to reduce aerodynamic drag compared to conventional profiles.

Key Features

• Caliber: 6.5 Creedmoor
• Bullet weight: 130 grains
• Bullet type: VLD Hunting
• J4 Precision jacket construction
• Secant ogive design
• Quantity: 100 bullets per box

The J4 Precision jacket is described by Berger as promoting rapid expansion on impact, making the VLD Hunting line suited for hunting applications. The secant ogive geometry is associated with higher ballistic coefficients compared to tangent ogive designs, contributing to retained velocity at extended ranges. These are component bullets intended for handloaders and are not loaded ammunition.
