The BA-15FCP incorporates Bilson Arms' patented forward charging handle system and is chambered in .338 ARC with a 10+1 capacity.

The pistol features a 14.5-inch 416R stainless steel threaded barrel and precision-machined billet aluminum receivers finished in a Tactical Gray and Graphite Black Cerakote combination. The upper receiver includes a Picatinny rail, and the free-floating handguard offers both M-LOK and Picatinny attachment options. The pistol ships with an SBA4 pistol brace and a black polymer grip.
