The CMMG Dissent BR4 is a 9mm Luger pistol caliber carbine built on CMMG's Radial Delayed Blowback platform with a fixed ejector system. This CA compliant configuration features rifle-style ergonomics combined with the operating system found in CMMG's 9mm Dissent lineup.

The BR4 is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 10+1 capacity and a 16.10" black nitride threaded barrel. The receiver is aluminum with a Coyote Tan Cerakote finish and a Picatinny rail, paired with a Magpul SGA stock in black polymer.
