The Luth-AR MBA-3F is a fully adjustable carbine buttstock assembly designed to mount on standard mil-spec or commercial buffer tubes using 4 of the 6 available positions. Offered here in Flat Dark Earth (FDE), this stock is constructed from glass-filled nylon and weighs approximately 18.5 ounces.

Fits mil-spec and commercial buffer tubes (6-position); uses 4 of the 6 positions
3-axis adjustable butt plate assembly providing horizontal (length of pull), vertical, and lateral (up to ½ inch left or right) adjustment
Extends an additional 1-1/16 inches of length of pull via the butt plate assembly
Additional 1-inch height on cheek rest compared to standard carbine stocks
Cheek piece includes a cheek pad designed for left-handed use; vertical struts are fixed and the cheek piece is not reversible
FDE version ships with an FDE hard butt plate; a black medium soft rubber recoil pad (Duro 85) is available separately
Butt plate assembly is interchangeable with the original MBA-1 Buttstock
Picatinny rail on the bottom rear of the stock body for accessory attachment
Flat-bottom index set screw (10-24) to secure the stock in position and eliminate rattle
Glass-filled nylon construction
Weighs approximately 18.5 ounces
Compatible with .223 and most .308 AR carbine-style rifles
Not compatible with A2 standard buffer tubes
Not designed for large-bore calibers such as .338 Lapua or .50 BMG
Certain aftermarket commercial buffer tubes exceeding 1.172 inches in diameter may not fit
The MBA-3F is not compatible with A2 standard buffer tubes. For A2 tube applications, Luth-AR offers the MBA-1 and MBA-2 rifle buttstock lines. This stock is also not intended for large-bore calibers such as .338 Lapua or .50 BMG.
