The MDT XRS Chassis System for Ruger American Short Action offers the look and feel of a traditional rifle stock combined with the functionality of a modern precision rifle chassis. Constructed from a full-length CNC machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum core, it features high-strength textured polymer panels for insulation from the elements. The precision aluminum V-block bedding system enhances fit and function, optimizing the accuracy of your rifle action.

This versatile chassis includes a replaceable over-molded and textured grip system, featuring both angled and vertical grips. Weighing 3.9 lbs, the XRS is suitable for both hunting and target shooting. It provides an adjustable length of pull from 13.25 to over 15 inches via spacers, and a quick-adjust cheek piece for scope height alignment.

The XRS Chassis accommodates standard AICS pattern magazines and features an easy-to-use ambidextrous magazine latch. Its 12-inch forend with built-in M-LOK slots allows for accessory mounting and attachment of ARCA or Picatinny rails.
