The PTR VENT3 5.56 Ti Suppressor is a 5.56x45mm suppressor constructed from 3D-printed titanium with a PVD coating finish in black. It incorporates PTR's patented Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP) technology, which is built into a monolithic body-to-core structure produced through a sintered titanium 3D printing process.

According to the manufacturer, the monolithic construction eliminates common failure points found in traditional multi-piece suppressor designs, and the PIP technology is intended to contribute to heat dissipation, sound suppression, and back pressure reduction. The 3D-printed process allows for tuning of the suppressor's strength, density, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity.
