To determine the correct bushing size, measure the diameter of a loaded round at the neck where the bullet sits. Subtracting .002 to .003 from this measurement will give you the appropriate bushing size. Alternatively, measure your case wall thickness, multiply by 2, add the bullet diameter, and then subtract .002 to .003 to find the correct size. For example, a .243 bullet with a wall thickness of .012 would require a .264 bushing (calculated as .243 + .024 - .003).
