The Glock V-Series Model 19 is a 9mm pistol built on the Gen5 platform and customized with several notable modifications. This configuration is optic-ready, featuring a custom RMR optic cut on the slide. The ported barrel and ported slide are designed to work together, and the pistol ships with three 15-round magazines.

The V-Series Model 19 retains the Gen5 frame design, which includes the removal of finger grooves compared to earlier Glock generations. Additional usability features include an ambidextrous slide stop and a flared magwell. The exterior carries a FDE Multi-Cam Cerakote finish.
