L.E. Wilson Bushing Type Full Length Sizing Die 338 Lapua

The L.E. Wilson Bushing Type Full Length Sizing Die in 338 Lapua is a reloading die designed to size the shoulder and body of the case while allowing the reloader to set neck tension independently through the use of a separately purchased bushing. This approach eliminates the need for an expander ball, and the adjustable depth decapping rod accommodates varying case configurations. An extra decapping punch is included.

The die is constructed from heat-treated steel hardened to L.E. Wilson specifications, described as harder than a Grade 8 bolt. Internal components are stainless steel. The die is compatible with standard 7/8-inch reloading presses and accepts L.E. Wilson bushings, which are sold separately, allowing the reloader to interchange bushings to achieve a specific neck tension. L.E. Wilson recommends using this die in conjunction with an L.E. Wilson Case Gage to avoid overworking the brass.
